Requested cancelation of my SimplyCash through the app last week since my annual fee renewal coming up next month, don't really use it enough and cashback mechanism abit kek. Retention team called today and offered full waiver upon 3 transactions (no min amount) after annual fee charge is posted. Additional RM100 Cashback upon total RM200 spending before end of next month. Ok la take the RM100 for now and see again later TongCN liked this post
