I get AF waiver and SST rebate every year since I got the card and other SCB cards. However, my case cannot be used as reference. Usually SCB will waive AF but rarely gives SST rebate. FYI, SST cannot be waived, it’s payment to government but banks can give rebate if they want to.

I use their app, still there for me.. same goes to my siblings acc.. hope those who has issue is just temporary.. coz I prefer live chat than call even though their CS is not 24 hours, sometime I just leave msg there n I go back again next few days.

My friend have the live chat but I never saw in my SC app 

Normally the live chat is a blue color chat logo at the bottom right of the app. If you can’t see it in ur app, meaning u r one of those who do not have live chat function or it is just a bug for certain customers

try the self service function on credit card fee waiver under "Help & Service"

You are not alone... SCM really tak boleh pakai after they fired all their customer service officer...

if only refer to AF can try Help & Service -> Card management -> Credit card fee waiver -> 'if you got any waiver able fees'

if for SST u can only go other banking services -> other request -> which they will only try to reply u in 14 days... (which i'm waiting for a response from SCM to cancel my card...
