is it normal SC does not count towards cents when redeeming cashback? called to redeem all cashback, when CS read the cashback amount, the cents are missing and was told no cents on their record but there are cents in statement... will the cents accumulate still there until it accumulate to a whole number?

SCB charged me RM175 annual fee and I failed to request for waiver.
It said,
Upon checking, we regret to informed that we are unable to waive your annual fee charges for Liverpool FC Cashback credit card. Upon your annual payment reflected, you will entitle to redeem the Liverpool jersey..

Anyone able to waive the annual fee?

Just get the simply cash cc but could not find their tnc about how the cash back work. Is it base on calendar month or statement month? Is there monthly limit cap for cb, first come first serve?

Whats the easiest way to cancel the card?

Tried doing it in the app but wasn't able to as there is still some outstanding balance.

Can I visit a branch to cancel and settle the balance? The last time I went to an SC branch for some card related matter they directed me to call the hotline or use the app lol
