anyone enocuntered duplicate transactions / transactions where merchant (zicty) didnt receive money but SCB charge customers anyway? (App Approve button).

I have three same amount transactions back in early October. couldnt rmemeber and feeling curious, i check my zcity accounts (2 acct) and notice there was only 1x rm49. 02. so i checked with SCB if they are duplicate, they ask me to check with zcity. zcity asked me to get the transaction numbers. after checking, zcity said they only receive 1x rm49.02. the other two transaction IDs are not in their record.

so i feedback to scb. then scb return the 2x rm49.02 to me.
the thing is, is there suppose to be a closure/loop for this? is customer in total responsibility to find this out? i encountered a few App Approve but didnt get thru in October which since then i Lways waited for sms tac.

ps. the customer service of scb called md before returning me the 2x RM49.02. I asked what is the rootcause, he couldn't answer me yet just saying things like this happen. customer need to raise dispute.

well... what will happen to the 2x rm49.02 if i didnt raise the dispute? scb get it for free? no closed loop on the transaction one kah?

hello, i might missed reading the post. Grocery and Dining considered single category? ie max RM15 cashback for these two categories combined? thanks.

i spent more than 150 on petrol, and more than 150 on lotus, then quite a few dining total >100. cashback rm40 only hehe.

i got only 50% waived. and i used the card after the annual fee charged.

now clearing all outstanding ans request for cancellation. outstanding amount shown is 0.00.

but when request cancellation, it says i have rm51 credit. asked me to request refund first. requested and it is "there" (weird), and asked to wait few days.

ya i know at their discretion. i have like rm100 offered some time ago when i tried to cancel due to gst. i took it.

this time around i think they are trying ot make things difficult. after paying all outstanding and it shows rm0, it says i have credits RM51 which cant be seen anywhere and cant be refunded.
