Is Setel reload using JOP still qualify for CB?

Called CS twice today to waive my LIVERPOOL FC but rejected even I spent more than Rm20k per annum. Member since 2017

CS mentioned no more annual fees waive for this card since November 2019. Each payment get Liverpool Jersey.

Going to cancel this card

my friend just got charged few days ago and request for waiver, CS said NO, then go ahead with cancellation
few days later retention team called back offer half waiver, still insist to cancel
then retention team said check and found out that he spend a lot, so go ahead with full AF waiver and RM50 SST cashback for both LFC and JOP

not really a big spender, last year he also spend RM1.5k/month with some drift end of the year
should be easy to get as long as u got RM20k/year
this year sure everyone can get RM20k/year easily with the min monthly spend raised to RM2k/month to get full cb

Actual happening:
1. Register Setel using Referral code.
2. Reload rm30 using JOP (confirmed getting 15% cb).
3. Pump rm30 petrol, straight away get rm referral CB, must pump at least rm30.
4. Reload rm25 using JOP.
5. Pump rm30 petrol, each pump must be at least rm30 (3x) to qualify for 10% cb from Setel.
6. Reload rm30 using JOP.
7. Pump rm30 petrol, can actually pump another rm90 (30+30+90) since max cb of 10% from Setel is rm15.
8. Got the Setel cb of 10%, rm9 immediately after 3rd pump.

In total I reload rm85 using JOP(12.75 cb), Pumped rm90 petrol and I got rm5+rm9+rm12.75=26.75 cb.

Next month I would register another Setel acc for my spouse but would straight away reload rm200 using JOP in step 2, n skip 4 & 6.

Anyone has used the same JOP card on 2 diff Setel account?

Just share here that my annual fee for both JOP and Liverpool had successfully waived via phone call yesterday.

JOP straight away waived without question asked.
Liverpool at first CS said cant waived, after that I’m saying that want to cancel that card. Then the CS, give 50% waiver, or offer full AF waiver by apply BT , but I’m still decline.
In the end I’m still insist want to cancel that card, only then the CS ask his management approval and get full AF waiver.

Conclusion there still have chance for Liverpool to get AF waiver

HLB wise, SC JOP, Livepool

Wise card revision is improved as I can see. Gonna apply wise liao.

# One thing good for HLB is that my application get instant approval when I have another card with them. Just a click of button yeah, waiting card send to my office.
