yeah, the appeal or complaint of the cashback process is within 1 week, you can follow up thru online chat, pretty responsive, and almost 0 waiting

SC charged SST not the same month with Annual Fee, and once you paid SST, they no longer waive it

LFC they don't waive, you call try your luck call to cancel, and they might offer you to swipe 3 times to waive it, SST they don't waive in live chat

just a note, when card cancellation department call, please take note their bank ID, I was asking about 0% balance transfer offer (6 months) during that time, she promised me call me the next day on the application, but it didn't

when try to contact back CS, they has no idea on this at all

For the 9 Sen, if you have a saving account with SC, can self submit the same help request to refund it

Once refunded, you may self submit card cancellation

If you got SST outstanding, you need to live chat nuke the world for them to help you to send in card cancellation request

For excess balance, I am not sure how to refund if no saving accounts. Properly need to IBG, else, you has top up and use it on Shopee that allow rm1 range topup

But for SST excess, because the self help can't allow you to submit, so need to live chat to ask them to cancel, this might work if you used any amount after SST

Retention team is like always the same person during my few years with them, I wondering if it is 1 person team

Edit:
Sometimes, you can ask if they can offer you 0% 6 months BT from retention team, I believe 1 year can ask 1 time if your account has the option

Cross Border transaction fee

There is some cases, can ask Apple on the fee and Apple can ask the bank to remove it, mileage varies

Or just cancel the order, use different card
