not sure abt brand new card, mine JOP 1 year old n they waived for me some months ago, but no CS level... need to cancel, then wait about 2 weeks for their retention team to call and offer.

I have been PB customer to few banks, so called priority/privileged/preferred banking in MY pretty much suck, not much significant benefit and most of the time RM super blur oso. unless buy investment products then more likely can get festival gifts.

OCBC Puchong one most funny, I wanted to ask about their PB, they asked me to take normal q numbers for CS, estimated wait time ~40 mins. wtf? felt kena look down kaw2 sweat.gif doh.gif

BTW: next tier is private banking, I have not personally experienced it, but I do see it is somewhat like oversea's PB.

Submitted request to cancel JOP on 19 JAN, and then SST charged on 25 JAN while the request still pending. doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif
Yet to get call back from retention team. hopefully no need ding dong here and there to reserve it before cancel. sweat.gif

Just want to have it cancelled, no hoping for any retention.
