I registered online but haven't received the SMS, called CS and she told me to SMS, she mentioned JOP not entitled for spin and win, really?

SCBMB cards should include JOP right? Hence JOP should be entitled for the spin and win?

Any one else having issues with sms spin n win ? I did not get the messages for me to click on the link.

Now , same issue has happened.

My LFC and JOP have been charged SST, would like to ask if I have no transaction for the previous month and current month ... Can I just request to cancel them without paying the SST ? TQ

Did they charge u AF together with the SST?

I was lucky last year that they give me AF waiver (that time don't havr sst) easily with no question ask.

My anniversary gonna hit soon, thinking should i cancel it prior to get charge on these

For my dad case, he forgot to cancel autodebit when he request to cancel, then the officer asked him to pay off the outstanding first only can proceed to cancel, the autodebit kick in after sst charged.. he proceed to settle the bill without paying the sst, n they charge him financial charges n this month the autodebit kick in again.. n he settle the outstanding balance n ignore the sst + finance charges.. n I help him to cancel the autodebit.. old ppl dunno how to do all this, but still want to hold the useless card which is not LFC or JOP just bcoz they have the card with the bank since more than 15 years ago..
