Hi all, does top up lazada wallet entitle for CB as online transaction? i'm still counting how much to top up into Bigpay..

Still haven't received monthly RM 60 CB for JustOne card
Had prudential Auto debit on 3/12
multiples BP top up in December more than 5k

so late?

this is tricky.. i believe you called with cellphone. Option 6 won't appear if you use cellphone to call.

Try to get a fixed line phone to call, then option 6 will appear.

PS: you dont have to wait until you hear everything, when you heard lost card bla bla bla then you can press 6 already


Another way is to call 03-95489998, this is complain department number, you tell the CS about your request, then they will help to transfer the line

Good day everyone.

I was charged late payment and interest for my previous statement payment.

Due date is 2nd January. I made direct transfer from maybank on that date 11.30pm +/-. (Transaction date 2/1/25, posting date 3/1/25)

Tried to call and request for waiver, request created but rejected.

May i know why i was being charged late payment even i paid on that date. Is there any other way that i can do to waive those late charges?

Try to get a land-line to call. You'll get new option, option 6 - new to standard chartered. Choose that, someone will speak with you
