Doomed. 0 Bonus points available. shocking.gif
I am a supplementary card holder and both principal and supplementary have 0 points. My principal card didn't spend anything.
So burnt for my case? We checked with SCB before and supplementary card is entitled for cash back too but needs to be redeemed by principal. Why 0 then? cry.gif
Just to confirm for Feb cash back right?

The cb transferred to our card statement is meant to offset our cc amount payable to bank?

Tip: Set your statement date to be on the 1st of the month, so your statement will follow your cashback month.. much easier to monitor & track..

How to set? Thanks in advance

Guys, one question. My statement date is on 7th of every month, so if some charges charged on the 7, is it gonna be reflected on the next month statement? Or this?

For SCB Gold, the transaction date always to be on the same date that you swipe the card. However whether is next month or this month, is depend but mostly on the same month

One of my case few months ago, I have one transaction on 28th which is my statement date. However the latest statement is not include for this transaction until the next statement, and the transaction date is still on 28th
Sorry, my mistake, I was talking wrong credit card, I tot this is HL Wise thread sad.gif

So how they decide on which month? I'm curious and would like to know... cause I plan properly so it won't affect my cash flow but who knows why this happen

Haha I guessed that's the only choice sis! The manager just called me, was told that their system generate statement on the evening of each day, so coincidence that the merchant claim the transaction on the day the transaction itself so it falls on this month statement...
