just to update... early this month, finally the bank waive all my late charges and interest etc due to the sst issue....
I only paid SST and my spending.. not lucky like fruitie sis get waiver for sst..

17/12/2019 statement balance rm12000 due 6/1/2020
1/1/2020 paid rm8000 still owe rm4000
7/1/2020 paid rm4000 late by a couple of hours, balance fully paid
7/1/2020 knowing SCB very strict with late payment I quickly paid up the current balance of 11000
........(for trx btw 18/12/19 to 7/1/20) just in case SCB charges interest.
17/1/2019 got my statement but dont see any interest but a credit of rm400 (CB from drift game), if there is interest ........charged it should be shown in this statement right?

i tried to get sst rebate, but CS refuse then i request to cancel. CS say that someone will call me to confirm cancellation lol

been offered again with different agent. i guess due to I submitted 2 times for card cancellation (once in portal, once via cs livechat) 

RM200 spending by 31 May, RM50 rebate by 30 June.

asked agent to record the offer into the system (notes/remarks).

phone call. a few days later someone will call u offering u to stay with their promo.

mine is rm100 cashback + 0% 12 months
