Still stand a chance to win a trip to watch Liverpool football match in UK. Better if you are a fan.

this year havent call yet...but previous years can waive
*
Normal practice is to call before your yearly cycle comes up and they bill you right?

If after they bill you, liks TS case, if cannot waive and you decide to cancel. Meaning you need to pay the annual fee and SST also?

QUOTE(??!! @ Jan 26 2019, 03:12 AM)
I have a SCB CC for like 6 years...hardly ever used.
Applied in 1st place as a favour to a sales staff.
Had been calling in every year to cancel card, but always ended up keeping the card ...annual fees waived and at almost everytime, will get some extra credit back with like 3 swipes, no minimum amount.

THis year..same story. SST also "off set".
They offered Liverpool Card .
No need to submit any documents. Received approval few days after call.

According to CS --The annual fees will appear in the statement but will be reversed on activation of card.
Also said about some cash back on x swipes...no minimum amount...i wasn't paying attention as was in midst of something when CS called.
*
So just wandering to call before or after your yearly due date and the annual fees already charged to the card?

Usually people call in after AF is charged.
*
But what if failed to get waiver and you want to cancel the card.
Still need to pay the AF fees or no need?

Less than less rewarding. Used to get rm50 spin, now rm5 also tarak

More and more ppl joining in and playing. But the "gifts" available in the daily pool remain the same.
So this is expected, probability of getting the "gifts" will be lesser.

Hi Guys, so i got the JOP card for a month, i did 2500 on bigpay, theoretically I should receive the cashback 85, but nothing so far in my first statement, Will it come in the 2nd statement or bigpay simply won't register as cashback?
*
Jan 19 cash back will be credited around 20+ of this month.
I'm sure ppl will post and inform here once they got the cash back.

If I use RM300 in a single transaction, how many spin(s) can I get?
*
Only 1 spin.

RM100 = 1 spin
RM300 = 1 spin
RM1000 = 1 spin

I'm new to BP so I might get something wrong here. I thought BP will give you CB when you topup, and looks like the list of entitle CB on BP thread is just CB for the cc that you get natively.

If this is the case, I don't see what's the big deal of BP as I can just use my SC cc to place my orders, eventually I get the CB that I want doesn't matter I topup to BP or not, at least for me.
*
Without BP, the minimum spending of RM2500 monthly to entitle for max cash back for JOP CC will be hard to hit for most people.

Additionally, annual fee will no longer be automatically waived for customers that meet the yearly spend amount.

Huh? Now SC also play U-turn?
No more spending with RM20kfor annual fee waiver?
*
https://ringgitplus.com/en/blog/Cash-Back-C...-July-2019.html

On top of that, StanChart also stated that the card’s annual fee is no longer automatically waived when cardholders spend above RM20,000 per year. This means cardholders will need to contact the bank to waive the RM250 annual fee if they have spent more than RM20,000 with the card.

would like to setup auto bill payment for tnb since MBB remove the benefit..

log in to SC online banking but can't find a place to setup. I went to "auto bill instruction" and "auto bill application" page but can't find any button to setup.

Anyone has experience how to setup auto bill for tnb at SC?
*
Thanks for the idea. Been searching for best CC to pay TNB bills.
This will do for now with 15% CB (provided monthly spending RM2500).

Anyone successfully set up autobill for TNB via method stated here: https://www.tnb.com.my/residential/payment-methods

Seems like got no respond so far from TNB autobilling team. Unlike their TNB careline which is very responsive in replying email. This autobill CS like unresponsive.

Regarding TNB auto debit and charge date:

Untuk makluman, pemilik kad pembayar boleh lain daripada pemilik akaun dan kad tersebut boleh digunakan untuk akaun TNB yang berlainan

Akaun akan dibuat penolakan untuk jumlah caj semasa setelah seminggu bil terkini diisukan.

Kerjasama pihak tuan/puan amat kami hargai.

Sekian, Terima Kasih,
Nik Nur Zulaikha Ahmad Azhar,

anyone here subscribed to the tnb autopay? is it charged on the tnb billing date or is it different? (received my tnb bill yesterday, but yet to get charged)
*
You will be charged 1 week (7 days) after the billing date.
Example like my case. Billing date 15 Jul. CC got charged on 23 Jul.
