Macbook Air Logicboard issue

Hi, my friends MacBook air, about 3 years has a issue starting up. After checks from apple, apparently the logicboard has water damage. Are there any location she could get it fix reliably at a lower cost? They are quoting her RM2k to replace + 30day warranty.
