How abt those who flunked the interview at stage 3 at abt 4 years ago? Still eligible to apply to work at Slumberger?

Ya, I heard that from my friend working in SLB they are hiring and firing.......
So for those who flunked the interview, do they still stand a chance to re-apply and get hired? |
