I have heard one of schlumberger guy got vss with RM1m. At least they give good money while working and when they fired you. Unlike those jap company, u work more than 20 years also they wont notice u. And the salary is just meh. Benefit is like shit too. So if u got a choice to work in either west or asian comp? I ll definitely choose west, and do saving while working.
