Is there anyone who are working for Schlumberger (SLB)? could you share some information about status HCM, please?

I hear that the requirement to entrance Schlumberger is National Driving License, is it correct? or they will support us to get National Driving License?

Could you share some things.....

Because I have just got the final result from SLB and offer letter ^^! I am Vietnamese ^^!so, perhaps I will work in Vietnam. For national driving license, I am trying to learn and get it ASAP but I do not know that they will pay back for the license fee or not or just pay back for International license?
For status HCM, is there any chance to work abroad?

I got 5 round interview and test totally.
1st round: We will have 3 minutes for each candidate to introduce themself. After that, the recruiting manager (RM) will announce the result. In this round, there are 6 candidates who were fail in totally 38 candidates.

2nd round: they divide into 3 groups with 8person/group. in this round, we will play game with the topic is: Build a Hotel is at least 1.1m in height and can allow 8 golf balls put at the top of Hotel. After that, the RM will ask each candidate,ex: what is your real work in your team? who is your leader? why do you choose him/her? If you are leader and I ask you to recuse 1 or 2 person in your group who will be recused? how height is your Hotel? give exactly the number of height without using ruler and explain how can you measure?......Finally, RM will announce a half of candidate list for 3rd round.

3rd round: face to face interview, the question is not difficult, just ask about your life, your study, your family and your activities....If you have many activities, you should show them what you have and please heart - to heart talking . After finish 3rd round, some will be called to interview with segment manager, some will be back home. But nobody know when they are called. In my case, when I came back home and I recieved a call from SLB to come back company to interview with segment manager (round 4). They proposed me to wireline segment and I interviewed with manager. The questions are also not difficult.

When I stayed at home, I got a call from SLB again (around 8:30pm) and RM announced that I had 1 night to arrange everything to prepare for 1 week exposure at Vung Tau base....
During 1 week, I had to learn as much as possible but I were not allowed to do everything because I had not learned Sefety yet. After finished Field exposure, I had to present what I learned in 1 week, there are many questions from FSM, FE/FS... .and T finished round 5.

After 1 week, SLB called me again for health check and vaccinations. If your health is good, I think you are 99% to be SLB's employee.



Depend on your segment, Manager will show you the scope of job and everything about your job, your life in SLB.
