awww so nice... ok, if you think any of the pup would be a good show dog please do reserve it for me. thx icon_idea.gif  rclxm9.gif

Zenov,

Male or female? I can reserve a nice ones for you but I would need for you to show him/her. Right now, There is 3 that i like but they are still too young to be sure. A good dog is only 50%, you need to put in hard work too.

Dann,

Do you have experience with 2 dogs or more with you? Lots of work and commitment if you get what i mean. It is not that i dont want to sell but any potential buyer would have to plan ahead and get the best advise. I have sold pup to one guy only to have him too busy for the pup and have to sell to his friend. Dogs have feeling too and dont like to be throw around. After all that I said, if you do think you are still game, do email me and i will be pleased to share what i know. cheers

Sirissac: u r absolutely rite. I currently having 4 dogs including Mimi. So I'm still considering... Me and my dad, we r dog lovers.. smile.gif im actually hoping to get a showline Gsd but has no experience of showing any dogs before.. And don't know how much time & effort I need to throw in.. I like to see those guys how they handle their dogs in d show ring. Awesome!! Hopefully 1 day I can step in d show ring with my dog..  smile.gif anyway, I let u know once I make my decision.. Thanks.

Dann,

Take your time to make your decision anyway they are still small. Actually for showing, you just need some time and dedication and this will help you in the future.

Jit shiong,

Your answer is correct. For identification ma. You expert liau now. Every 3 days i have to weight them and see how is the progress so easier to identify.

calvin,

yes, you are right. me too prefer gsd from Germany as I feel they do have the best gsd in the world. All my gsd are imported directly from Germany. As I have imported quite a few already so I would humbly advise you that NOT all Gsd from Germany are good. They do produce shit too. I know that from my experience. But if you need help or referral in importing , do email me. I not sure I can be of any help but at least 2 head is better than one.

Zenov,

Female?? Cannot la. I want to keep back the females. ahahhah

According to my previous experience, the pet relocation center usually will not help us do the import service since it is the breeder is the one to do the import.

So, I will not need any pet relocation service since I clearly know the procedure in the Malaysia.

My main concern is anyone has the experience import dog from German and can tell me how much do the breeder charged u for the shipment cost?

I will try my best to answer you but I dont quite understand the post above. I will give you a roughly figure. For some breeder they will charge you a certain amount to cover the petrol, toll and etc to send the dog to airport. but all this depend on how far is their place to the airport. Or they will use pet transporter and I believe min is 300 euro and also depend where is your breeder house. If you breeder house is 5 hours away then high price lo. For flight, the price has gone up a lot now and average price with crate is around 800 to 1000 euro. Do bear in mind, some breeder do charge you for documentation, time, vet check and etc. hope this answer you. what dog you bringing in from Germany? Giant schnauzer or dobe?

hi hammer,

dont worry about the ear yet. once teething the ear will go up and down again. The time to be really worry is since young the ear is very flat or very big. You can always give them something to bite to work the muscle there. as for taping the ear, do some research first if not it will backfire.

well, this is what i can think of when you say your gsd is fatter then mine.

it maybe have to do with the age ( 2 vs 3 months )

or

you feed tons of food for your gsd

or

quality. since i got my gsd for RM1500, dont aspect it to be the high quality type or muscular/big size.

calvin,

maybe you can try giving the pups boiled egg a few times a week. Just a cheaper alternatives.

calvin,

dont worrry so much about high class or low class, as long as you love the dog is what that matters. By having a 100k dog, but without proper care and love- it look neglected too. From your post, you seems like a great owner. your dog will be lucky to have you. As for boiled agg, whenever your dog decided not to eat for that day, just add in the egg and mash it up. It always work for me.

Do socialize her more often. But i am thinking it might not be fierce sign, maybe she just excited and wants to play with them?

Dann,

I have never seen a fierce 3 months old pups before. I seen some that bark but never the aggressive type. I just go near calling their names or so then they will wag their tail and play.

What about others? Any encounters with fierce 3 months pups?

calvin,

from the lower half pics, he dont look fat but at 4 months-30kg is fat. Maybe your vet got it wrong and he is 20kg or so? You got a weighing machine at home? Try it yourself. As for the laziness, it is hard to pin point on the problem and it might be HD, ED or lazy or sick , many reasons for it. is the back leg wobbling or knocking at each other? my advise is bring to a experience vet and get them to check it out. As puppy as young as 4 months will not show such symptom unless something wrong.

wira,

nice to see someone from JB too. Congrats on the pups.

Hello Wira,

I recommend Dr Koh in Taman Kebun Teh. Behind Wisma KK Kam. As for tick med, try front line. I strongly recommend it. For ticks, it is very hard to avoid. Touch wood, i been tick free for 9 months now. But i can only keep my finger cross. sometimes when the stray pass by your house or your daily walk or even neighbor.

dann,

in which area are you staying? Is it possible to 'settled' with the bandaraya? is 4 of your dogs making a lot of noise? Maybe you can talk to neighbors and withdraw the complaint? In the meantime, i will keep a look out if there is anyone interested for a gsd pup.
