ok the wind screen got holes mean something passthru. imagine thick iron rod from outside straighht come thru it n smash the dashboard . hole and dashboard area that fudge are in line too.

That kind of explosion also can cause windscreen to crack and got hole, imagine to faulty Takata airbags, the metal piece from the cartridge inside exploding towards the victims face

looks like explosion occured inside the dashboard, behind the steering. it pushed the cover up, and somehow maybe small object (screw or nut maybe) flew outward kena windshield.

Most probably this..
Just noticed a small hole on the right side of the dashboard without cover.pheww..like dat ..dangerous maaa..flew outward ok..kena straight to our face koyak!

Its not a consumer job to open up the dashboard console and see which component inside that may cause the explosion - thats Toyota job

Windscreen 2 layer.. Kalau windscreen boleh bocor maknanya impact letupan juga boleh buat pecah muka pemandu tersebut. Kalau ikut logik science ada objek yg terhentak dari luar melalui cermin kemudian masuk ke dlm cabin bahagian dashboard. Sekian sy buat liputan dri Jabatan Siasatan Jenayah, California, Amerika Syarikat.
