Ada lagi yg bodoh...already explained meletup tiba2 lagi mau tanya what the cause...tunggu toyota investigate first lah.

Most probably this..
Just noticed a small hole on the right side of the dashboard without cover.pheww..like dat ..dangerous maaa..flew outward ok..kena straight to our face koyak!
