looks like explosion occured inside the dashboard, behind the steering. it pushed the cover up, and somehow maybe small object (screw or nut maybe) flew outward kena windshield. hmm.gif

Most probably this..
Just noticed a small hole on the right side of the dashboard without cover.pheww..like dat ..dangerous maaa..flew outward ok..kena straight to our face koyak!
