I think The Parque Residence still okay, got buffer as the parking lot is the one nearest to the park. But Gemala, Freesia all seems very close to the park haha

In Semenyih they too have the affordable high rise, so I don't think it bring down their status. But like you said, who cares huh! It's a good product for the consumer that's for sure.

Their latest food truck carnival has been a banger though, you should check it out on every Sunday. Got some good food and the crowd is good too. Asides that, they have just opened 2 new beverage/dessert store and there's a Nyonya restaurant opening soon. But other than that, nothing much to be excited about tongue.gif

Most deep inside of the Eco Sanctuary development, Surely damn serene and private. Not mistaken previously their scale model put 3 towers on that land, turns out landed fetch more profits yeah. hmm.gif

I hope that my actions can somewhat affect the developers and council and force them to take actions.

I have created a petition via change.org with intention for the responsible parties to do their part and resolve the traffic congestion issues.

The petition only requires 1 minute of your time to sign and there's no fees or hidden agenda with my intention. I just want to improve the place I am going to live.

Before making your purchase, are you aware of the traffic congestion issue that is happening daily entering this township? Seriously no joke ya the traffic can eat up almost 3 to 4 hours of your daily life if you are working the typical 9 to 5 job.

For those of you who really want the responsible developers to take action, Just copy this petition and paste on all the advertisements from social media like FB/Instagram. And when they do live just spam it. Worse come worse just go to their property gallery and give out flyers.

I've sent the message on social media platform to ADUN Kota Kemuning, MB Selangor, MP Kuala Langat, MP Kota Kemuning, MPKL and all the developers involved. So far I am yet to get replies from the politicians and council. I plan to start calling them after 2 weeks of no response.
