Don't think so, because when I went to time broadband's website and checked their coverage area, TA and ES already has a pin there in the map but BR doesn't. And Wisteria already VP-ed while no phases in TA or ES have been VP-ed yet.

The mall nowhere near completion. Will be open in 2020 only anyway so there's the rest of this year for them to complete it.

WCE will have interchange/exits connecting to SKVE, KESAS, Federal and also NKVE if I'm not wrong but the alignment of the highway is a lot closer to Klang than it is to PJ/KL.

So even if u use the WCE interchange to come out to Kesas/Federal/NKVE during peak hours, it wouldn't bring much benefits to go PJ/KL/Puchong because there's still a lot of jam to go through on those 3 highways. Can use SKVE to go south side of Puchong though but don't really know traffic conditions there.

So far as I know, there's only perimeter anti-climb fencing for each of the housing precincts in TA instead of a perimeter wall.

Looks like an interchange to switch between expressways only. Don’t see any exits that will connect to G257
