Thanks for your sharing bro. Im too, looking for land. But to think of it that it's a stratified landed house. It dissuaded me to go with corner unit. But what I like about Gemala is, they have a direct access to the park. For someone who likes to do some outdoor activities. This captivated my attention. Just that the front body is a bit small 23ft, but at the back it's 32ft. Still acceptable, albeit not perfect. Freesia yes, perfect. But out of reach. : (

Yes, you are right, if you work in KL and you do not want traffic jams, just don't buy houses in KK or TPG.  In fact, the whole of Klang Valley's traffic are gridlocked during rush hours.  There are no escape UNLESS you stay in the heart of KL.
