guys, i got a question, i jsut join FSM, and in the process of selecting fund

what is this "wholesale fund" ? what does it mean qualified investors? what are the qualification for qualified investor?

one of the whole sale fund :
Minimum Initial investment
Cash : AUD 5,000


another whole sale fund :
Minimum Initial investment
Cash : RM 1,000

it will takes some times, i kinda got to read 121 pages.

one of the fund i am interested, is the kenanga growth fund, i checked, its quite consistent return for over 10 years
