for option a, is it can play Asphalt 8 using bluetooth gamepad then output to tv ... but the refresh rate is it as fast as at phone?

Anyone successfully used ezcast with webe? I bought Ezcast but so far only can connect with WiFi. My current phone didn't have mirror screen option (Samsung J1) so can'take try the option yet.
