Item being sold/bought : USED MSI 915 Mobo

Date of transaction : Payment made on 29th January 2am

Amount of money involved : RM 100

Details of the complaint : Offered me a used msi 915 mobo. I made payment on 29th January 2am.
PM me on 30th january claiming item not sent on 29th due to long queue ( bullshit ).
Send me another PM on 31st January 6++pm claiming item been send with poslaju tracking number ED188030285MY.

1st Febuary, check with Poslaju customer service toll number ( 1300-300-300 ) on parcel validity but was informed no such parcel exist.

Follow on sms been replied with parcel still in daya bumi pos office.
( Another bullshit since we all know how poslaju works. Every item sent is immediately key into the system and printed on the receipt. If the system does not show any such number exist it does not been printed on. Secondly if item was sent on 1st Feb as claim, i would have received it by now. It only takes 1 working day )

Will also make a police report later this evening or tommorow morning. Just to make life hard for a conman. Will also problably file a consumer tribunal claim to add to the burden for him as well.

2. how the frag do i know. All i know is that IF an item send by poslaju will not be there anymore the next day. Poslaju is overnight delivery gurranteed to major towns and cities in Peninsular Malaysia.

What you people here do not understand is that you think getting back the amount you lost is the only concern.

You all forget that whether a cheater pays you back or not does not change the fact he / she is a cheater.

So this thread is to inform and warn others and to make sure he gets blacklisted ( refund or not ). He is a CHEATER ( nothing will ever change that )

Unless you think otherwise than please let me know. I will start a thread selling some crap and take people's hard earned money to roll. The return it later after say a week or a month or so. What do you think of this ?

Now if you read my fraggin thread properly, it is to warn people not to seek advice or whatever.

So lauyah keep your comments to yourself next time. You make yourself sound like a jerk ( a big one at that ).

And for him being afraid and make the refund to me, well i wont let it stop there. It does not clear your wrong doings away. I will take the time to claim for misc loses and time spent on you ( like you so clearly stated you did with Pos Malaysia )

WAkkakakaakakaa....well im off to start a new thread selling some hot stuff at unbelieveable price. No harm having extra free money to roll in the market these days. Since some ppl here make it sound all rite, as long as i refund it back ( without interest and compensation )

Yes i have informed him to show proof of the alleged poslaju parcel number he gave me ( which pos malaysia toll number says doesnt exist) when he called to tell me he made a refund and asked the matter not be continued . Well my response to him was If he doesnt show proof in a screen shot, I would continue to the tribunal.

You're missing the point.

Cannot let someone like that go scot free. If so then he will be allowed to do more harm on others.

If you let him go, no blacklist no other deterrant, people will think he's allrite...he will strike again. Not every victim has the knowledge or the time to spend to ensure he makes a refund.

If people continue to think this way then it'll be their loss in the future, a lot of people out there with ill intent.
