Amount of money involved : RM 100
Details of the complaint : Offered me a used msi 915 mobo. I made payment on 29th January 2am.
PM me on 30th january claiming item not sent on 29th due to long queue ( bullshit ).
Send me another PM on 31st January 6++pm claiming item been send with poslaju tracking number ED188030285MY.
1st Febuary, check with Poslaju customer service toll number ( 1300-300-300 ) on parcel validity but was informed no such parcel exist.
Follow on sms been replied with parcel still in daya bumi pos office.
( Another bullshit since we all know how poslaju works. Every item sent is immediately key into the system and printed on the receipt. If the system does not show any such number exist it does not been printed on. Secondly if item was sent on 1st Feb as claim, i would have received it by now. It only takes 1 working day )

Will also make a police report later this evening or tommorow morning. Just to make life hard for a conman. Will also problably file a consumer tribunal claim to add to the burden for him as well.
