Same here. The letter talks about best 4G coverage and upgraded service (means they have bandwidth overload)but then ask us to fork out the costs. They should just give us free MB if sincere. I may go on to disect the letter content for all to review and send formal complain to authorities
And yes i made 2 official calls to maxis but am not satisfied with the explanation.
