But to my utter disappointment, you cs rep (Ms.Tini) said that my existing plan would be made redundant and that I will be upgraded anyway. So why give me the choice???
From a close associate, I was told the Maxis rep informed my associate that "the choice" stated in the letter was actually a misunderstanding on our part. Maxis actually wanted to say that the purported "upgrade/enhancement" will happen whether the customer accepts it or not. Your story only confirms what my associate went through.I'm alarmed that Maxis reps are only answering queries on this via PM. I mean they dare to put out the new pricing but want to remain ignorant from the repercussions when customer rage on their supposed generous/smart "upgrade". Maxis coins it as an "enhanced" plan but asking consumers to pay and I am sure consumers are smart enough to know when they are being misled. Transparency is dead and they still have yet to learn their lesson in today's internet world.
