Hi Maxis,
I would not agree with this approach and do maintain the talk more plan as using now.
RM10 Supplementary Plan Expired, so they force u to "upgrade" to RM20

I made a call to Maxis CS, ask to retain the old plan (Talk More - RM28) but they mentioned that is the new revised plan and I have to take it. Yesterday went to digi and do port in.
