On topic, the Pandora battery is a very special battery then act like a "jigkick battery" as the developers put it to put the PSP in service mode which is turns gives the user opportunity to "revive" a fully bricked PSP. As for the "Magic Memory Stick" it is a usual Memory Stick PRO Duo created by dumping the firmware files it needs to reflash the PSP back to operational mode. To cut the long story short Google it.

psp 2006 = psp 2000 series.. maybe got 2001 , 2002.. and so on Maybe is this? Correct me if wrong.. Mine also is psp 2006.. Yes ... similar to the old PSP-1000 series, the model number is different for different region. PSP-2000 series probably follow the same numbering scheme. PSP2000 - Japan PSP2001 - USA PSP2002 - Australia PSP2003 - United Kingdom PSP2004 - Europe, Middle East, and Africa PSP2005 - Korea PSP2006 - Hong Kong PSP2007 - Taiwan PSP2008 - Russia PSP2009 - China This post has been edited by bill3: Nov 3 2007, 10:38 PM

QUOTE(bububang @ Nov 4 2007, 01:01 AM) but i found mine was made in china.. Yup, PSP are made in China, but the Region Code PSP-200x determine which region the PSP is supposed the come from and not where the console is manufactured. In this case, PSP-2006 means that the console was meant for Hong Kong's market.
