I have heard many people are using Fxprimus without any problem. If your capital is small, should not be a problem.
If you insist on going big, then I recommend LMAX.

Dual Currency Investment as term used by most banks are actually called Forex trading ?
Some were asking for Minimum 50k - 100k to initiate a DCI account

Yes, I believe it's forex trading. Most banks will require $100k and above.
Do you know what amount of leverage they offer?
Do you have any links or info?

Hi

I read that retail forex trading has become legal recently in this year 2017.

Where are the sources to chk if a broker is also listed in the approved list of the retail forex brokers by BNM and Security Commission ?

I have not heard about this and it is only legal to trade with the banks. You can check in the BNM's website for the list of institutions that you can trade with.

I tried to dig from bnm website but can't locate it.

The links that mentioned about latest states of Malaysia forex scenes, i actually just happened to come across, when i was doing some research on brokers.

http://www.topratedfxbrokers.com/malaysia

https://forex-malaysia.my/is-forex-trading-legal-in-malaysia

Not sure if anyone else here could shed some light ?
Thx.

i use LMAX too. They are very good in term of speed and major pair spread. I trade with my own ea on gold and so far i have no complain, although since they are the "real" deal compare to other shady one, the spread is kinda crazy during news and data time. The spread is 2 edge sword during news time.. you might earn extra or you might lose it more.

it's the first time i heard of LMAX too, guess it's probably more ideal for bigger capital then

but still good to know what it's like, to take note here and compare them later

Do u guys use indicators? If so, what would be the 2 'best' ones to use? Im currently using Stochastic and RSI.
*
It's hard to said "best" indicators. All indicators have their own assumption. So I have learn different type indicators. For trend, I mostly use bollinger. for oscillators, STC slow and RSI. But the difficult to learn is dow theory.

Yes their swap is quite high lol, but if your trade is swing type and profiting then it's not a big deal i guess. The longest trade i ever held is about one whole week and it was a big floating loss so i have no choice but wait till the correct timing to break even and close the trade, so yeah the swap fees added another burden at that time for me to solve.

So now i prefer to open and close the trade before swap time.. less preassure anyway. I have seen my friend's swap free account from other broker get burnt after holding multiple gold trades for weeks sweat.gif

And one the reason i switch to intraday trade is LMAX people told me if i want to get higher leverage, they will review my trade strategy before they approve for it and holding overnight trade is consider higher risk to them.
