Two lessons:

-Think many, many times before you decide to post this on social media. Think many more times if you want to make it viral intentionally. The risk of backfire is proportionate in reverse to the thought given before you post something.

-Bring back removable battery in flagship phones. I cannot speak for many, but I believe majority are with me when I say nobody actually gives a f*ck about the phone being 2mm slimmer than its previous iteration.

For a smartphone, 2mm is a lot

Ah, really? Maybe it bothers a lot of people more than I thought, having a 2mm thicker device and extra 10 grams to hold must be a really hard feat to do. I mean, 10 grams are a lot to an ant.

Yes..we are talking about something that is relatively thin
So don't underestimate 2mm
If you don't believe me..try to take off your phone casing and feel the difference

And save your sarcasm tone elsewhere

bolshoye spasibo, komrad!
Doesn't make much difference to me, people will get accustomed in time anyway.

Apologize, I forgot this is year 2016, where people can get offended by everything under the sun.

I digress, but in my experience, a lie rarely hurts, but truth does.

Main handphones are Note 4 and IP5s, and occasionally Zenfone 3 (when going out for 'risky' place like jogging in the park or going out at night for a drink).

Why? hmm.gif

Note 4 vs note 7 thickness is only 0.6mm difference FYI

I didn't actually pay attention to that due to Note 5 removed what I loved from Note 4 though, but judging by the trend, the phones will get slimmer generation by generation. When Note 7 early info leaked and they said the MicroSD card slot would be back, it piqued my interest back but sadly the battery was still non-removable sad.gif

I'm using a Note 7 now and haven't changed my battery after 3 years of usage
Why do you insists on a removable battery?
If I ever do that is because my phone got stuck lol

What was your previous phone?

I prefer removable battery simply because I don't have to carry powerbank all the time and it is cheaper and much easier to replace the battery when it has deteriorated down the line in a few years. I don't change my handphones every one or two cycles, as long as I could use them (with minimal effort and cost to maintain), I would use them.

And it's for a 'surety' that in case shit hits the fan, by removing the battery, you know for sure the power source is cut off completely.
Yeah, there are powerbank nowadays, quickcharge in certain models some more. In case of real emergency and circumstances stopped you from recharging the battery though powerbank, I could just simply swap the battery. It has already happened to me, so lesson learnt biggrin.gif
