Finally got my phone diagnosed, telephoto cam spoiled

I'm pretty sure I didn't say any laptop?? Pretty sure I was only referring to apple products (and maybe some other ones – Im not sure because I only use Mac). I understand how charging works, thanks. I was more saying that in my experience my 6s has always drawn the max available power provided. Sorry if that didnt come across clear to you.
Apple used to have their iPad chargers output at 10w, but they released a 12w version with the introduction of the 13-inch iPad Pro (it needed more power faster). So to maximise compatibility and prevent user confusion, they only sell the 12w adapter. (that way they won't have customers complaining that the adapter they bought didn't work with their iPad Pro)

Each Apple device (and its adapter too) intelligently regulates the amount of current flowing to minimise charging time and maximise power. So you don't need to worry about using an iPad charger with iPhone. (besides apple also has a support page saying it's fine)

if i'm not mistaken, open the device manager program. open start menu, search for device manager. look for your iPhone under USB. it should tell you. i'm not sure though, because i'm a Mac user.

Ya, I'm running 10.1 Beta 5 now. I think 10.1 will be out next week.
