True. This is very disappointing. I called 123 and customer service told that it’s sold out KL wide. I asked if the real time stock availability is realible and he said don’t TRUST the stats and it may be OOS when I arrive the outlet....

actually still need to pay advance payment..I went to maxis sunway pyramid yesterday and there's a RM714 advance payment that will deduct for your monthly bill for one year.

better you check in the centre coz me im using maxs for six years only this year they asked  me for advanced payment.

got mine XR white with spigen cases.

- experienced prebook with maxis, which only success on 2nd day
- collection in maxis klcc hetic, no special collection queue, all goes to same queue with new registration, new customer.
- collection of cases in here so many XS, MAX, XR, yes many, 20% for maxis customer.

- im from 6s, XR feel huge on hand
- performance ok, cos it ios12 no diff.
- stereo speaker was WOW. even the notification alert, or alarm goes really clear.
- screen i no issues with. it got auto color display (true tone), nice when in darker room
- camera nice
- on apps, all with bigger screen display. instag, tweet, fbook.

- 1st time using swipe features and face unlock.

    - face unlock ok, but u need to swipe up to go home. why? should it unlock and directly go to home? on ip6s, u rest the thumdprint, and it go to home already. like no action to take.
   - setup the facelock for install apps, and payment, but most the time will ask passcode. it not ask ur face to scan.

Already on Elite VIP for years already. No special privilege as far as I know other than the privilege of jumping queue at Maxis Centre. Call to 123 is answered instantaneously too but that’s pretty much all 
May be it has to do with your MaxisONE Club tier. As I mentioned in my earlier post, there are two publicly known MOC tiers. The basic one is MOC Select and another one is MOC Elite. Maxis has plenty of MOC Select members as anyone using MaxisONE Plan 128 is automatically accorded as MOC Select.
By the way, Maxis does offer interest free payment plan for 2018 iPhone. But you need do it at Maxis Centre.
