If you're referring to iPhone 11 Pro 64GB, yes it is, paying rm188 for the plan and rm167 for the device.

Try walk in to those bigger centre like KLCC or sunway pyramid, there might have little allocation to walk in customer.

If you're on normal contract, penalty will calculate as per formula below:-

Penalty Amount = [(Recommended Retail Price (RRP) – Upfront Cost) x (Remaining month(s) ÷ 24 months)] + RM 100

Yea, maybe you can walk in to any centre during weekend to try luck haha. One month penalty they will waive for you if you recontract.
