It's a chat bot, but you could eventually ask to speak to a live agent. Not sure if it's 24 hours though.

Maxis do have an app (Maxis trade in). Check it out. And yes, you have to go Maxis centre to trade in so most probably have to wait after the preorder to do that. In any case ask Maxis for clarification.

anyone using ip7+ on ios 13? is volte working for you at all? Do I have to call maxis to activate it or something?

I was dealing with the chat bot (via the Maxis WhatsApp channel) which can switch to an agent but the turnaround time was really slow. The human agent at times took 2 hours to respond back sad.gif

Of course but I was testing their response time on WhatsApp. So at least now I know how long it takes for their contact centre to respond back.

Is it? I've not used it in awhile. This was before they created a WhatsApp account. I didn't even know they had one till someone mentioned it the other day.

Ya, now when you click live chat it will redirect you to Whatsapp, but I do prefer their old live chat where the reply is instant.

Currently I'm on Maxis 128 plan with 120GB.

Do I get to keep the 120GB when I sign a new contract? or does it fallback to 60GB?
