On the 8 Plus, I wanted Silver but ended up with Gold, which turned out to be a blessing in the end, coz I passed it to my wife and she likes the Gold.

I thought the Silver would be nice for the X too till I saw the actual demo units - I’d pick Space Grey too

I actually think space grey is the best for both models. But for 8/8Plus, i won't get space grey as it is identical with the old models. Hmm..

It’s also more prone to fingerprint marks, but I guess everyone will be putting on a case anyway

Yea, black is sexy. My 7 is jetblack though. So I just get the gold, as i never have a white front screen phone before.

Yeah, I had the 7 Plus Black, Jet Black and Red and before that had Gold for the 6 and 6S Plus. The black front hides the bezels better.

I prefer the silver x coz I think it's more outstanding and outshines the space grey.....space grey is too blend for my liking, or maybe coz I came from jet black and matte 7plus so I need a change.....thankfully x front panel is black regardless the back/side....if silver x comes with front panel then no way I'm getting it..

But on my mind is different from you, the silver side looks like iPhone 3Gs for me 🙊 But yea, most of the youtuber getting the silver too. Can see that the popular colour is silver for first generation of X.

Maybe coz people are bored with space grey from the previous year matte black and jet black.. my friend told me he purposely get the white/silver not coz he like the colour but to contrast the vertical camera so from far people can already spot his expensive iPhone x lol :lol:different taste and preference ...

From your picture, silver seems like easily to attract fingerprints? Yea, the vertical camera makes people easier to recognise whether it is X or other version. But still black so sexyyy..

Ignore the prints lol...before I snap this pic the staff were cleaning the space grey with cloth...so yea it's cleaner..

I think both the same (but black will see prints more obvious due to stronger reflection) but doesn't really matter coz we should be more concern on casing fingerprint magnets coz most of us will use casing here...not many will use naked

Yea correct. But before that, have to choose which colour of iPhone suits your appetite. Then maybe transparent casing to show off the sexiness of the back.

Yea I'm using clear back too...liking it...but if I get the space grey I don't mind covering the back with some other design...

If i get space grey, i will definitely cover it with transparent one too, as i like that colour alot 😂 anyways, all users got their own interest to put whatever casig they like to make their phone look pretty 😋
