Any idea how the HLB offer works? seems quite complicated as there are a lots of terms to be fulfilled such and Balance Transfer, auto billing and etc. in order to entitle for the RM500 rebate. Anyone can elaborate the steps required?

Suggest to call customer service on how it works first. It is only for new to cardholder.

ELIGIBILITY
1. This Campaign is open for participation by New-to-Card (“NTC”) Principal Cardholders who
during the Campaign Period apply for any of the following participating HLB credit card(s)
(“Eligible Cards”) and the Eligible Cards are successfully issued latest by 31st March 2018 (“NTC
Cardholders”).

No idea on that though. I thought if we are recent HLB cardholder, we are not eligible for this campaign.

tbh too much effort for that rm500, need to balance transfer, need to make sure its your first card, need to auto billing and more stuff.

got some clause also, i asked the SA after halfway he explaining i said its okay, i'll just pay that 500

If you cancelled your HLB Card less than a year, then also not eligible to apply for a new one.

Yeah, the whole mechanism is just too complicated. Not worth the time or effort.

Yea, agreed with the above. Maxis itself already subsidies the device price, that would be enough already.

There's no carry forward policy for MOP. It will be auto renew on new billing cycle.

Can't carry forward and frankly I don't need to, personally. 40GB is overkill for me since I have broadband at home biggrin.gif

It is actually enough for me also. I used to be with Digi, but i found Maxis internet drain faster than Digi, i wonder is it the speed causes it as Maxis gives me higher internet speed. I am using my phone to tethering for my computer while I am at home though.

I have seen many people complain about Maxis customer service is trolling them. When online showing there is in stock, but when arrived, they dont sell it, and guiding them to another Maxis store, and the other Maxis store will say the same things also. Suggest you walk in any Maxis shop nearby to check whether the device you planning to buy available.
