Well what I know, from official source..
Can do all ASx transactions except ASB

Today went to CIMB bank to do some stuff..

Overheard staff saying, no more giving out Q number (ASNB) after 3pm as the waiting number is long.. rejected everyone who comes after 3pm

seems like there's a lot of ASB related transactions.. all holding "blue passbook"..

walao now also still long Q.. good luck those planning to hunt ASx units now

well Ambank is still new agent..
sure the staff not familiar.. give them time to understand & familiarize the system
as for now, better go to "old" agent like Maybank or even Affin

Don't be kiamsiap on parking ticket..
Now dbkl fellows are very active.. Simply saman here & there.. They desperate needs money to feed u know who

And banks waiting time is long after ASB is open.. Yesterday I went to cimb, 3pm they stop giving Q number for ASx transactions..

Normally 3.30pm also can get Q number...
Because I have taken number that time before

no no.. normally after 3.30pm also can get Q number..

just that now ASB just open for transactions.. so the crowd is huge.. waiting time also long..

that's why 3pm already stopped giving out number

I expect this situation will go till end of the month.. worse till 2nd week of Feb..

then back to normal..

well no problem to try the very last minutes.. just that if long waiting number, they will stop issuing Q number..

if no people, even 3.45pm also can issue number

I remember, went around 3.45pm at Maybank Medan Tunku.. to change passbook.. even after 4pm also still in process of printing my new passbook finally 4.10pm got my passbook

What I know, cimb staff love to use offline / systems down crap excuses.. Rhb never faced it before..

Well maybank is quite good..
But still affin is still best.. Less people & more friendly staff

Top up only then no issues..
Its one of my top banks to do ASx transactions..

U mean give both passbook to teller? Try whole day.. Later evening collect only..
Never tried before, but I think should be easy since less people..

Do prepared some "good" donations

Well I don't actually agree on these kind of "transactions"
But most I see its food based donation. Some do give cash..

All 30 ASNB branches nationwide will be opened on January 21 (Saturday) from 8.15 am to 4.00 pm for all transactions.

Only ASNB branch, No agent involved.
