Really not fair u know.
Now we feels cheated..

Frankly...feels like s7e is a downgrade frm N7..it feels much hotter when i use it to browse.... sigh...the compensation doesnt cover our loss & hassle to transfer several times..... my casing tht brought online...oso cant refund....my Note inside my N7 oso cant be transfer to s7e.... format not supported it seems...sigh...losing data

Is anyone facing the same difficulties getting a replacement S7 edge in black from Maxis? 

21/10, Friday : Received call from maxis, confirmed  that the replacement unit will be available at the KLCC branch for exchange.

24/10 Monday : came to KLCC and was told black not in stock, either settle for gold unit or refund and change to iPhone 128gb on a new plan.

I also called up Samsung careline, and was told no superiors can attend to me "because management is in meetings to settle this note 7 issue".

Meanwhile, I can see that the S7 edge in black is available for purchase on the maxis online store.

When u do the exchange, tell the staff. He/She will do it for you

wat color u getting? I was actually opting for Black at first...waited for 1 whole week and keep no stock...last last tak tahan...go and get silver...not bad actually

Samsung is pushing an update to Note 7 in Europe to limit the battery charge to 60% on Oct 31. Looks like they will probably implement this in other regions. If they do this in Malaysia, looks like I will have to return my Note 7.

there is no such thing as no options. Keeping it is an option. Keeping it with proper knowledge on how to keep, store and use it is a better option than the previous.

After Note 7 returned, what option do you guys aiming for the time being waiting for Note 8 or S8 (Preferably under RM2K)?

Ya. S7e n note 7 will more saturated and higher contrast,which more appealing to our human eye flavourite.

I7plus should be up par but not that high saturation ans constrast. Portrait mode quite attractive.

Not very high quality la. But you know 12mp from Rm1k, 2k,3k Phone surely got difference one. My eyes just keep on notice the small difference,so cant bear with it.

For those who return the Note7 to telcos, do you return the phone and box only or the whole box set??

im bought mine from digi and the sms they send asked for the whole set... hurm...
