WALAO... Ridgefield is gonna look like a bomb since we never expected Parkfield to look good at all. Really wey.. things here keep getting better only. I believe the retails gonna look really good as it's facing the park and all. 250 acres is easy to plan, deliver and maintained.. this is what I have said before one year ago.

I'm impressed with the backlane. It was marketed as cemented ground with two sides of longkang. I'm amazed how it turns out to be swirling pavements with grass.

Could this back lane be only applicable for the two main rows which are aligned with the community hall and management office while the others are cemented? I got a feeling that others are highly possibly cemented tho :/

But SA said it's the typical cemented or tar backlane but tropicana suddenly gave pavement and grass. Seems EM houses got no private backyard ah?

Yea. I guess most if not all of us expected it to be tar or cemented backlanes. For at least I didn't expect it to be curvy pavements with grass. It goes really well with a private open area at the back with a small gate.
