any one parkfield owner, is there any fiber laying in Parkfield?
if no fiber, no unifi.
if only have copper or vdsl, then have streaymx, or can support certain speed in Unifi (like 30mbps)

Tropicana Heights is in latest designed. All cabling include Tenaga and Telekom are laid under ground

you shld get one unit in TH as all the Tenaga/Telekom cabling are laid under ground.
means New Development come with new designed.
PEACE OF MIND in term of infrastructure if compare those new development with old design, which after moving to new house still worry of no unifi/internet.

just received call from Kajang 2 SA, she also said yes AEON will built there after KTM Station is ready.

there are some Big Big TNB panel installed at the end lots in Ridgefields (TownVilla) which is ugly and eyesore and is unexpected as there was not shown in the plan or chart.
Those who bought Ridgefield TownVilla pls have a site visit there and comment
