Yes, it's a 15 minutes drive to the station but we all can be optimistic right?

It is about 5 mins / 2.7km drive from Kajang KTM/ MRT to Kajang 2. It is probably another 3 mins drive from K2 to TH, total 8 mins (I am making assumption) as google map does not recognize the new link from K2 yet.

I am interested to find out if there are MRT feeder bus to K2 and TH.

this is expected and very common scenario even for developed countries.......

until and unless the pay benefits in gov hospital matches or better of private....the scenario wont change......

Considering TH for stay. What exactly is main advantage of Parkfield over Fairfield? I see that Parkfield got no gate, no pets, some restrictions on renovations, etc. due to strata title, and of course more expensive. Is the private park the only advantage? Am I missing something?

Assuming perunit have to pay 300 per month
