Bro, if you look at the site layout plan, it seems Cradleton has more allocation for garden as opposed to Tenderfields

The garden in cradleton looks big; can play kite inside

Anyway; since there's many tenderfields owner here; what do you guys think of having a common gym and pool inside the precint inseft; a small gym with a small lap pool...

Anyway, if they manage to make the lake close to Swan Lake standard, size really doesn't matter.
It really strange when Cradleton garden are supposed to surround by houses from the layout plan, wonder why bro dream2020 photos still have so many green area with no houses on vision.

Haha... I think it's not a matter of the willingness to pay extra but it's the space constraint.

yesterday i used EM exit instead of the usual Semenyih exit from Kajang selatan. I dont know bout other opinion, but for me personally if I'm one of the buyer I'd feel damn nice seeing the toll directly towards the entrance of the West Gate. Feels so majestic lel

But i'd prefer to use Eco Hill exit after this as it nearer.

Actually the length of the land to the northwest of the roundabout is about 300ft; in the snp it's empty; the land to the northeast of the roundabout is the children's playground...

Looks small in the plan; but actually not that small in reality

As one of the house owners, I am open to any suggestion that will bring benefits and lift the living standards of the community. Can bring up to MC for discussion and decision (at AGM/EGM) if feasible.

Utility deposits, EW had collected from us 2 mths back already...did tell u guys the VP will VPed soon this year.....
