Bro, eco botanic in johor bharu already not on par already, you guys better got chance travel down south and have a good look with your own eyes. i don't want to comment much on it, i think is wise you guys make a trip down south to make your own justification, from the promotional material , the promise, the park, the lifestyle as they promise earlier during their launching, till recent VP. If is a hype ,eco botanic will be a good wave and good promotional material to show case to all buyer and give all the eco world buyer a peaceful of mind for owning their project. If not why till now eco botanic is like a silent product after vp? Give it a thought. n i wish all the buyer the best to get your rights sorted out. Is hard earn money never the less. Cheers.

landscape video ? when ?

Hi Sam, is better to go down south and have a look with your own judgement.  As words can be share but seeing it first hand you will know what's is it like after looking through their video presentation and th actual end product.

Just take for example, if the product is good as a company which ride on marketing and publicity to build the hype awareness, wouldn't you want people to know that they have make it and deliver as promise, and give their tons of buyer an assurance? 

As I also know you vested in setia eco hill, so far the end product execution by sps does they execute close to 80% of what they promoted? Not to put it 100% which is way too ridiculous to achieve that even for a perfectionist.  I'm sure you have the answer.

For me, end product execution is the most important, at least the developer that we vested they walk the talk.  Which in return they have generate new and fruitful return customer.

Sam, if we put it in big picture or Marco view, yes is a nice place to stay and a new place to stay, beside horizon hill. But don't stray away from the hype they been promoting till now, (the material etc etc). This is what concern me the most.  👍😀

EB landscape is decent and proper. I am contented if i am staying in EB.
But, SEG landscape is impressive. I can see they put in 110% efforts and their heart,  soul and tears in the design and construction of SEG.

So,  if EB is the benchmark for EW product, We all know wat to expect for EM.
