For those not receiving the SMS - need to register using code UOB4, while a separate registration code is given for those receiving the SMS.

Does anyone know if there are any differences (in term of chances/priority/separate quota and etc) for these 2 different ways of registering for the same campaign? Anyone can share your experiences? Personally I've done both type before over the years for different campaign, and managed to get some cashback with either way.
