unable to view october statement online, anyone else able to?

recently i faced issues regarding OTP. they will send me the sms, but when i key it in, they will say it's not the correct OTP.

end up my card kena block, need to call UOB to reactivate again.

how come uob no send alert for transaction by paywave? really feel unsafe.

i talked to uob, currently no such option for sms alert for paywave.

for paywave as well? aiyo like this means i got the noob CS that gave me false info.
