Still not yet receive my YOLO despite it being applied almost a month ago.

Need to follow up with the bank d.

I applied mine via tele-conversation with CS and got it via Poslaju 4 working days after that.
None of the banks has ever asked me to collect from branch unless I requested it.

For those who hold YOLO card, a gentle reminder.

Since the CVV number is printed in front of the card similar to AMEX card, please practice extra careful when you use your card for any kind of payment that needs a photo copy of the card.

For example, auto debit application may require a printed copy of the card, usually only the front will be photocopied.

im not sure how u all gotten to replace your vox card with yolo,

after much confusion from CS, finally there is a call from UOB asking me to "apply" for the YOLO. No such thing VOX card holder will get replacement of YOLO automatically.

I was asked to listen the 5 mins long T&C then go through the application process.

EPF only. Cause i apply via human (@booth). I realise i have to do more for online application and no free gift, so i sought out for booth.

Citibank is better online application though, better gift, better TAT too, IMO.

Guess the card designed for online purchase only and might not withstand physical swipes.

I do agree the wording will be easily faded over the time. So I just placed it backward in my wallet.

UOB has declined my annual fee waiver. I called for second appeal just now.

Just to ask, if i cancel my card with reason "Annual Fee Charged", do I still need to pay the annual fee charges?

*FYI : the card has been used this month.

sorry, i just got my yolo card last month, is there a fixed date on for cash rebate spending calculations?

i see. thanks. but now it seems the question is the exact calendar month, as we need to spend rm500 to get cashback.

situations that i foresee,
standard calendar date 1 - 31st jan
bank calendar date 1st - 25th jan let's say
my spending
1st jan - 300
31st jan - 200
if by actual calendar date, i'm entitled to get cash back, because i hit rm500, but if i were to follow bank's calendar date, then its not. so i just would want to double check on this.

is swiping on google ads consider online transaction? entitle for cash back?

I need to correct my previous statement. Both OCC UniFi and MyTM are using the same gateway.
