in my opinion, we are paying to uobpayonline which is online transactions, we not paying to utilities company, then UOBpayonline pay to utilities company, isn't the process like that?

i think they treat TM as telecommunication which clearly in TnC not entitle for CB

TNB not sure, but TM lot of forumer here did not get CB through UOB Payonline include myself.
and some also report dint get CB pay through TM OCC

I just noticed today that TM if I paid through UOBPayonline doesn't get CB, all the while using that channel to pay. Fruitie, v1nc3nt90, or anyone, just want to check with you all, if I only have streamyx only (RM140 per month), can I login to OCC UniFi to pay? (Just now try to create login, cannot) How?

I have MyTM login, does paying TM using this channel entitle to 6% cashback?

TM paid thorough UOBPayonline confirmed cannot get CB as the merchant name shown as "TELEKOM MALAYSIA BHD KL(HD) MY" while payment via OCC will shown "TMONLINE(EC) KUALA LUMPUR MY". fruitie reported she got CB from paying via OCC so finger cross we still able to get CB from payment through OCC. anywhere i have payment of both Unifi and Streamyx via OCC this month. so next month we should be able to confirmed and tell.

Based on the statement that I got today, there's no cashback. So I think I might probably paid the bill via UOBPayOnline instead of TM OCC Unifi. I had paid February bills with TM OCC Unifi, will update again.

Called to check the status of the cancellation request for UOB card (UOB PRVI Miles Card) which is has yet to be collected and active, still in the branch, need another 4 working days to be fully cancel it, currently is under partially cancelling, no idea what is this mean and a confirmation letter will be received.

And also request to reduce the credit limit, it need to take about 5 working days, but not effected immediately.
